The first recipe



  • 1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup flour - I use xoxo baking co All purpose gluten free flour! A mix of coconut flour 
  • Salt just a bit sorry i don't measure ;)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda - I use bobs red mill natural baking powder
  • 1/2 cup uncontaminated Rolled oats.....I use bobs red mill cause they are wheat free!
  • About half a cup dairy free chocolate chips - eat free mini chips are the best!
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce...this is where it gets experimental!
  • 1-3 tablespoons dairy free milk of your choice
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 
Mix first four ingredients, and mix last 3 in a desperate bowl. Combine both bowls then add in cranberries, raisins, chocolate chips!
Form them them bake about 6-7 minutes.. They will seem undercooked but you will want to leave them about 5 minutes as they continue to cook. 
And then.......enjoy!!!!! You might only get 6 cookies out of this you might get 15 or 20!

First blog....I've always wanted to start a blog and i must admit I have tried before but never had much to share. On this blog I intend to focus mainly on recipe reviews, occasionally sharing my own, as well as new product reviews, and answer questions about nutrition. If your reading this you probaly know me, but to say a little intro on myself the three main parts of my life are studying the natural nutrition program through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, as well as a Body flow instructor at Goodlife Fitness! My most important part of my life is my boyfriend and friends and family who inspire me to do everything i do! My intention is to blog at least once a week to reflect upon my life as well as progress Im making with my studies!
